is a robust role-based customer relationship management system developed in Laravel with secure cloud hosting support. The platform was designed to streamline operations for district officers, sales users, support staff, and administrators — all under one unified dashboard. It provides end-to-end control of customer registration, communication, payments, and commission management, ensuring transparency and automation across all levels of the organization.

The project started with detailed design planning and database architecture, followed by modular backend development using Laravel and MySQL. The system was engineered with a clear role hierarchy — Super Admin, District Officers, Users, and Support — each with dedicated dashboards and permission-based access. Integrated automation via WhatsApp, SMS, and email APIs ensures real-time communication for onboarding, payment reminders, ticket updates, and event notifications. The platform also includes commission logic management, expiry schedulers, and global notification tools, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
